Real Madrid: Top Star Moves To Man Utd - report

GARETH BALE has told Real Madrid to accept an offer from Manchester United or he will refuse to leave the Bernabeu.

Sensational reports coming out of Spain say the Wales international is ready to leave Los Blancos for Old Trafford.But Bale is said to have no interest in returning to former club Tottenham this summer.

Spanish outlet Diario Gol, known for their outrageous transfer claims, say the winger has told Real to lower their asking price.

The La Liga giants want more than £87m (€100m) to sell Bale, but the 28-year-old believes his current club need to be more realistic.United are said to be willing to offer around £52m (€60m) with add-ons after that as well.

And Bale has made clear to Real that if they want him out of the club he will only accept a switch to play under Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils are keen to overhaul their squad this summer in order to close the gap to Manchester City in the Premier League.Bale has been hit again by multiple injuries this season.



When the forward has been available he has impressed, netting 12 goals and providing seven assists in all competitions.Bale would be competing with several United players for a starting place if he were to move to Old Trafford.
